MyPro Business Services decided to rebrand the accounting segment as “Books By MyPro”, as part of a strategic growth strategy. They also needed to build out contractor and client onboarding processes and training. In collaboration with the company President and their primary contractor, I mapped out current and future processes, developed two onboarding programs (customer onboarding, contractor/employee onboarding), and created specialized guides for unique client scenarios. I built the company’s TalentLMS portal, a Zoho WorkDrive for the organization (with different access permissions according to role), and taught the team how to leverage workflow tools (like Scribe and GuideMaker) to document new standard operating procedures (SOPs). I was also asked to weigh-in on the overall customer experience (CX).

Additionally, I designed and produced the majority of the new brand’s marketing assets and materials, including new logos (that incorporated the company’s main logo), a new website (including GEO and SEO), business cards, social media accounts, and several initial social media posts.
